Looking for solutions on my complaint

I am very disappointed with the security measures of this complex, in less than a month a experience two break in into my unit in la Clare buh-reign estate Kraaifontein. I have raised my complaint with the office and no one came back to me as to are they intending to do to prevent such to happen again. A stranger or ***** came into my house 2am through the bathroom window whilst I was asleep. and on Sunday I walked into my house and found that again someone broke in again took my addidas tekkies, all star and Nike tekkies. My Jean and Russell & Hobb kettle and ice crusher gone, my 7 piece non-stick stainless steel cookware gone, tempo watch and whiskey bottle. When I phone the security company they telling me about million other break in that took place and police opened a case. The people who are in charge of the security and maintenance tells me that there is nothing they can do except trying to have a word with the security company whilst my life is in danger. The *****'s are able to get into our units with keys or heavy metals and yet there is nothing they can do. Please help me on how to protect my life as I have a year contract with this people and how to recover my ****** items.
