bad service, bad management

A couple of weeks ago I laid a complaint about a lady that blocked me in a visitor parking in the complex.<br> She claimed it was her spot. I reported it to our complex lady but no response. The next day the lady key scratched my car. I reported it yet no response. Im a paying customer but getting BAD BAD service.
