AMARI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND BUH-REIN MANAGEMENT

I don't know where to begin, but i think Amari Property Management and Buhrein Estate Management is about to **** the investment in Buhrein Estate. So many things that are happening in the name of Body Corporate rules and regulations. Welcome to a place that even your children are not free to play outside without you worrying about paying a warning of R165 Added to your levies. These rules that they state mostly when there is an event happening for example when i purchased the property they said there water is included into the levies. i bought a property knowing the levies are aprox 1000 which when i moved in they sent levies of 1380 and they said water was included. then while staying there emails circulated and said portion of water is inclusive not the full amount. this year March we had an annual general meeting and when i asked why do we pay double on levies when we first move in, they said something that do not make sense, that it is how it is, you pay double coz of the development is new and they need to raise funds for a 5 year plan, i asked if u are the last person to move in to the complex before the complex retention closes or u bought from the previous owner does that mean the funds are not raised and the man who was a chairperson of the meeting said its how it is. I am afraid people are moving out fo Libertas or Buhrein Estate and they are ****ing investments and i am afraid MSP is going to be hard to sell as they developing new properties there. Now what they did after the smart metre was installed they said the levies are going to decrease we will see a decrease and see the statement with water and sewrage amoung and guess what they just decreased the levies by R7 from R1467 to R1460 and now added water and sewrage, i pay approximately 1760 for levies. i asked them if i cannot pay the water directly to the municipality and they said unfortunately they charge us water themselves. And they reminded me of water as i was busy investigating with the charge of R74.39. it has nothing to do with their levies as i paid them but needed to see if i can pay the water directly to the municipality. People need to have a look at this management i think they are exploiting us on paper and those are the things they not revealing when buying a property with them.
