If this is not ******ion at its best, these people are on a money grabbing mission, they will find any reason to fine you, I've barely stayed at Chandelle Buh-rein estate for (3 Months) and already noticed people are always leaving, but then again how can anyone survive with such? I will definitely advise anyone who is planning on buying or renting a place here to seriously reconsider as this will result in nothing but money being sucked from your pockets for literally anything.
