The worst service I have ever experienced from a Company. Please think twice, no wait, do even think, before you use them for any certification. DONT USE THEM!!!!!!!!
In any business there are 3 very important key factors:
1) Price 2) Service 3) Quality
I am sorry to say, but this business is lacking all 3 of them!
