Shocking experience

Absolute shocking! From client service to the work that was eventually done I will not recommend this company to anyone. We had to deal with a person that sounded irritated every time we spoke to her and made us felt bad because they couldn't deliver. Eventually after two weeks the work was done to such a level my 5 year old daughter said "what is this daddy?" This is the first time I have been on hellopeter's website as I am not a person that complains easily. However, this was something we have not experienced anywhere any place and the reason for the one star is only because there is no option to choose zero stars.
