Shocking - do not use these guys !!!!

Sold my house. Got BnS to do my plum/elec and they charged me R10k to change a washer or two and put labels on my DB board.<br> <br> Paid the R10k and felt good about selling my house with everything in a perfect state - even if I did pay for 5 minutes of actual work and R200 parts.<br> <br> The they gave me a FREE inspection on the house I was going to buy. So I used these guys to do inspection and the seller promptly paid them to do the work.<br> <br> Then I moved in and expected the standard of work to be as good as when they did my house.<br> <br> In my house I was asked to pay for 101 stupid things and in the new house nothing was done ?!?! How can you go from super professional to super pathetic service in such a short space of time?<br> <br> <br> Problems at new house:<br> <br> - not a single earthed light fitting ???<br> - geyser constantly pushes water out over flow<br> - toilet leaks<br> - soccer ball size of wiring from the floor ?<br> - taps dont close 100%<br> - DB board has incorrect lables<br> - incorrect circuit breakers<br> - plugs trip randomly<br> <br> AND my personal favourite: When you shower upstairs - it leaks into the room downstairs.<br> <br> Well done guys. Keep on ******** !!!<br> <br>
