Over inflate work and unprofessional

This company needs to reevaluate there standards! They over inflate work and prices. They don't communicate when they send there workers for callbacks! They just rock up without calling first! Very unprofessional. Told them there was a water leak after initial work was done and now my ceiling is ruined!!

Dear Ashely,
To provide some background and feedback on your review;
Bugs and Sparks did the compliance inspections 30 March 2022, after which our inspector called for a drip tray to be installed (there was none), as well as the TP overflow to be corrected, as per regulations (agricultural black plastic pipe is not allowed).

We attended to the repairs on 07/04/2022. Two days later we attended to a call out, after you indicated that there was a leak detected by the leak detection unit installed at the geyser. Upon arrival we found the water indicated by the client to be at the drip tray. We double checked everything and made sure all connections were secured and that there were no leaks. No damage to ceilings were noted.
On the 10/04/2022 you sent an email to our offices, to just send you the Compliance certificates, and that you will find someone else.
On Friday 06 May 2022 you called in to inform us that there was another leak at the geyser.  We arranged for our plumbing team to attend the same day.  This time they noticed that it was the straight coupling at the PRV (pressure release valve) that was loose.  We tightened it up and again made sure that everything was secured and dry.
On both occasions we attended without any charge to you, and our plumber did mention that it looked like someone was tampering with the  connection. You confirmed that you were bypassing the system (automatic leak detection). I am not implying that it was you, but unfortunately I do not know if you had another company or person out, to assess and/or rectify the situation for you.
Our plumber did mention that the damage to the ceiling is too extensive for the amount of water that they found upon both occasions, in the drip tray.
