Never use this company!

I should have read the negative reviews before using Bugs and Sparks. They will make up things to charge you, even if everything on your property is in compliance. Their quote is R21742.91 after I have have paid for the inspection of R1250. They want to charge me R7200 to fumigate a wooden gate and a Wendy house that has nothing to do with the roof trusses that they should be checking for beetles instead. R143.67 X 5 for each bolt that they have to tighten on the mixers because they move half a millimeter when you really use force to try and move. Most of the items on their quote has nothing to do with the building code and are just inserted to inflate and to fleece the unsuspecting seller. I will definitely not be using them to fix anything on my property.
