Don't use them what ever you do!!!!!!!!!!
Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with!!! What ever you do don't use them they have no clue what they are doing - I eventually had to sort all the issues out myself, after persisting for them to come back and fix what they had said was all in good working order after bugs and sparks had issued the COC's

I urge you to research the difference between Compliance, personal preference and general maintenance. Any disputes with regards to maintenance should be taken up with your seller- our client at the time.

03 Dec 2020, 08:23As far as we are aware our plumber returned as per your numerous requests, to "fix" any issues you were not happy with, even though the changes you requested was not allowed according to council regulations (Lowering the RPZ valve to be level with the ground- it's supposed to be raised 200mm).

03 Dec 2020, 08:29Please note that our COC's cover the electrical & plumbing installations at time of inspection- if any changes are brought on to the electrical or plumbing installation by your contractors after our COC's were issued, they will need to issue you with the relevant new or supplementary certificate.
