Disgraceful Service by Bugs and Sparks
Do NOT use Bugs and Sparks for fumigation. They recently did fumigation at my home for compliance purposes. "Shocking", "Disgraceful", "Unbelievable" are just a few of the adjectives used by people to describe the work done once they saw the photos of the damage. A pity I can't show photos on this platform. Tape was ********** the walls in such an aggressive manner that the paintwork was completely destroyed in places on doors and walls. Management absolved themselves by saying (through their Receptionist) that their T&C's state they are not responsible for damage. Seriously, this was not merely damage but destruction!

Would like to point out that no message was sent through any receptionist. You spoke to the Key Account consultant dealing with your/your client's property. This is the same consultant that also sent to the client the following email on 24 Jan 2023 as explanation.
"Dear Mark
Thank you for your patience, I took the "opening" of the fumigation site up with our management and were advise according to our terms an conditions on our quotation. We do take all precautionary measure to minimize the risk of damages to a property when it comes to Methyl Bromide Fumigation, but as the tarp that we have to use to do this treatment is 250microns and very heavy we used a specialized fumigation tape to seal up the area that needs to be treated. It has to be sealed up 100% for the treatment to be effective and us issuing a certificate of compliance and treatment report. Unfortunately we can not be held liable as per our terms and conditions on our quotation " Risk Warning: Although all possible care is taken, there is a risk involved in performing a compliance inspection, pest control work or adhoc work. We will not be responsible for damages beyond our reasonable control."
It is also worth mentioning that the walls were newly painted before fumigation took place, and that our fumigators did not "aggressively" remove tape or tarps as you suggest. Our fumigators have never experienced this at any past client's properties, and they were just as shocked and reported it to our office immediately, and said it can only be assumed it was due to the freshly painted walls.
