Check quote carefully

I needed a Cert of compliance to sell. I was informed there would be repairs before they even made it to my door. Then 2 steps in I was told they would find repairs. Even though my previous CoC was done 2.5 years prior. And the best yet is the best is person doing inspection is not allowed to talk to you. Makes you wonder who is qualified. They take photos and go back to office for admin to issue the quote. Dont trust this company.
