If you require any COC’s (elec., gas or plumbing), please avoid Bugs and Sparks with all cost. They are clearly taking advantage of people selling their property and will make money off, of you. Do not think that you stand a change of getting your COC’s without expecting a hefty quotation, that they force you to accept or you will receive nothing. You are wasting your money on a “ bull %$^#” report. Our property is 4 years old and still brand new with absolutely nothing wrong and they still have the audacity to send us a quotation for R11,998.12.
I hope this will help someone from wasting their hard earned money on greedy companies.

Have we worked at your property before? From our records, no. We are merely inspecting your property and reporting on our findings.

21 May 2020, 12:18My suggestion would be that you contact the contractors that sold you the property and ask them why the various installations were not done in a compliant manner. It is unfortunate that you have chose to cast Bugs and Sparks in a negative light when we were not the cause of the non compliance.
