Bugs and Sparks standards to low

I bought a house and Bugs and Sparks did compliance certificates. Plug cover missing, switches not working, taps leaking in neck, water pipes leaking and the list goes on. They have waisted 6 days of my working days. Not showing..on their way..not showing, after several frustrations things was fixed. Due to lack on communication in the company they have waisted my time, ive send pics of faulty things they arrive and don't have anything on them to sort out problems. I will not recomend this company for compliance certificates. With everything that was wrong they never should have even given a COCA certificate, in the first place.
