Appalling customer service
I recently purchased a house taht was inspected by this company. They deliberately misled the previous owners stating they should build a gully around the drain at the back. this obviously was a poor decision from someone they've deemed a "Plumber" because the water that was flowing freely into the gutter before Bugs and Sparks is now a big puddle. Their response was "its not our problem". Theyve been called to come and review their work of art but still passing blame saying its the drain is probably blocked!. HOW

21 May 2020, 12:46Good day Asithandile, I apologize for your experience. I would like to point out that we issue a Water Certificate as per the City of Cape Town bylaw. We follow their requirements to a "T". A gully needed to be built to prevent the ingress of storm water into the municipal sewage system.

21 May 2020, 12:48This is the city's requirement and not ours. If there is a puddle of water around the gully there is a storm water issue which unfortunately is not covered by the COC. Adding to that if it was not raining on the day of inspection or day of repairs we would not have been able to identify this non

21 May 2020, 12:49compliance issue. I am sorry for the issues you are experiencing however this does not form part of our mandate. These issues should have been disclosed by the seller before you purchased the property.
