No service to complain about

My family and I eat at this Bugatti's regularly. My brother and I ate there on Tuesday. Today Sunday the 1st of Feb My wife, childern and I went there for lunch. The restaurant was not busy at all and it was around 12h00. We had to wait for 3 pizza's and a wrap for close to 40 minutes. When I complained to the manager he went and fetched our food which was clearly laying at the kitchen besoming cold whilst the madam waitress was talking nonsens and standing around. My pizza was actually cold. I was a bitunhappy, mande no fuss and decided well it is Sunday, lets enjoy ourselves. When we where done my son and my wife ordered desert. This time again we wait, and wait, and wait. When a manager comes past eventually I ask, how long do you want me to wait for desert. Then a manager comes back to tell us sorry, we are out of stock apple crumble Jack. This must be the worst service any person have ever had in a restaurant in Gauteng.I cannot imagine anything like this can happen and have certainly not experienced it in the 45 years I am old. I will never ever put my feet in this place again.
