Unfortunately I've not had a great experience with Bug Us. They were very quick to call after my enquiry and got their team out the next day. But one of the services I needed was parasite control and a few days after they were there, there was still a problem. Attempts to make contact with them have been futile. They promise a 3-4 week follow up with a 3 month guarantee, but once payment was made, they just disappeared! Based on my experience, they are ************. They even fabricated an email to make it look like they've made contact with me. Please do not risk losing your hard earned money.
