Waiting for my refund from Buffalo for 2 months

Firstly when my order got highjacked in Dec 2023 they didn't inform me, i had to find out after I took the initiative to make the call after 2 weeks of waiting for my Shein order. Now after sending them the documents they required in order to process my refund almost 2 months ago I still have not received my refund and Palesa the refund lady is ignoring my emails.
