Not getting what i am paying for

First off I want to make clear statement that I am not the type of person to write bad reviews ever. I have been to atkv buffel****rt plenty of times with absolutely hassle-free experiences. Previously we stayed in the tent houses in no 10 and 8. Greeat accommodation for the prices but the ******s is a very big nuisance in the mornings because there are nothing separting you and the river area (where the ****** usaully fool around). I have 2 very small children and the ******s pester them so they are scared. The last time we where here we identified that no. 13 tenthouse is a great option as it is in the upper row of houses and has a great piece of lawn for the kids to plan on. On the 6 october we phoned and booked for a 3 night sleep and made it very specific that we want no.13 tenthouse. The ady said that this will be no problem and she scheduled it that way. When we ariived here yesterday we given house keys for no. 2. When I asked them that we specifically booked no.13 they said that the whole top row of houses is busy with repairs/upgrades. I asked the lady why I have a choice when i made the boooking when in fact i dont have a choice, as you make decisions where my money is concerned and i simply got a "sorry" reponse. This is totally unacceptable for a place like Atkv. This is my money and i should have a choice as to where i spend it. I will not be visiting buffel****rt again and I will be spreading the word.
