Buffel****rt Awesome service

We went camping at Buffel****rt Resort from the 21st until the 24th and the resort was really neat and tidy and the staff there were extremely friendly and helpful.

On the evening of the 23rd, a big storm broke out and our tents were under water. We had 3 small children with us - we contacted their emergency number and they advised us to go up to reception.

When we arrived at reception, a friendly lady (I think her name was Mariette, can't remember now) was waiting for us. We requested to move into a bungalow or room - without hesitation the lady assisted us and upgraded us to a flat free of charge.

They also gave us time to let our tents dry out the next morning and not insist that we pack up before 10am.

The resort was really very accommodating.

I would really visit this resort very soon and recommend it for families that are looking to have a relaxing break.
