I phoned the resort on Sep 26 to make a booking for 5 of Oct. Moses (the person who assist me with the booking) send me a quote with our camp site numbers. I paid the full amount on the same day.

On 02 of Oct Marizanne phoned me from the resort. The phone signal was bad but in the end of the day we manage to talk. She advises me that it was a mistake on her side there is nothing wrong (Marizanne **** to me). A few minutes later I received a new quote from Marizanne and my camp sites has been change/moved. I immediately responded to the mail and request them to undo the change as I did not approve any of the changes.

Buffel****rt resort refused to correct the changes. In the end of the day I requested my money back as this is already a mess before we go on the trip. I mean it is supposed to be fun….

Still have not received a proof of payment or my money back.

I Reply again Hi Marizanne Verander asb die kamp plek terug na wat dit was staanplek KPA068 EN KPA069. Ek het nie gese of toestemming gegee laat jy dit mag verander na KPB 107 en KPB 108.
