Bad service buffel****rt supposed 5 star resort

We spent 7 day week at ATKV Buffel****rt, it was not the best experience.we bookedvan upgraded rondavel, which they gave us but there were problems with the unit that should have been fixed before we checked in. The hot waterbtaps in the kitchen and bathroom basin only let out a trickle of water at a time. When we went to reception to get it fixed we were told they were working on a burst pipe, if this is the case why didn't they phone send a note or message to let us know. This issue wasn't resolved even after maintenance came to titghen the taps. The mattresses for the single beds were so uncomfortable to sleep on, the base said cloud nine but I don't think the mattresses we're cloud nine. We went to the restaurant the day afer we arrived for a drink and snack, when we were seated a lady came with menus for ys to order. She expected us to know what we wanted straight away, my sister had a quick look and gave her order, the lady, (no name badge)then mumbled something and walked away. Shortly after that a waiter came and took our order. This incident but us off going to the restaurant for the rest of the week, we normally have breakfast there before we go but because of the waitress we had breakfast elseware.
