Appalling treatment in this day and age!

The worst experience ive ever had. The owner had a problem with our halaal food request, had a problem with us requesting help with our luggage, had a problem with us returning under cooked food (which i as a breastfeeding mom refused to eat or feed to my toddler and baby), the list goes on. On the last day of our stay we we verbally abused by the owners husband and unfortunately my 4 year old girl had to witness this. This experience was absolutely bizarre and i dont think this place takes into account the diversity that south africa brings to the party. Accomodating a halaal friendly request should not be a problem in this day and age, especially in SA.....yet we later found out from the owners that this was an unsual request ! Infact, we later found out that lots of things were an issue for them as they justified their verbal abuse on the last day. The experience was like stepping back into a time warp. I could go on but i have no energy nor do i want to waste any more of my time on this place. A horrible experience !!
