Bad service

Mothers'day service at the Restaurant was terrible. We were forced to get up and leave , after waiting for our food for 40 minutes. I would have let it go , if it wasn't for the rudeness of the Manageress/owner(?) and the waitron, in dealing with my complaint. Unforgiveable!
