Poor Work done by Buffels 4x4 Fittment Centre Malie street Pretoria

Poor Service, Poor Workmanship, This company quoted to fit out vehicle with Roofrack, Suspension, bullbar, Vavigation system, exhaust system, winch and re painting of the grill and bumper and mirrors. The amount a very large amount of money was paid over and the owner was asked by me if his work and fitment was of a high standard, he assured me that his work was of a very high standard and that he was a professional A three to four day job turned into a two week nightmare. Two weeks later he delivered the vehicle at about 16H30 in the afternoon andI i noticed several several problems right away, paint on the grill was already starting to come off, the fender wings was cut unevenly and rubbers on the fenders were already coming loose, the indicator light on the left hand side of the vehicle was removed leaving a hole that he filledwith silica, after I initially told him I do not want the indicators removed, he then stated he was in a hurry and must leave without giving me a chance to check the vehicle completely. The next day while driving the vehicle it started making a terrible noise and knocking sound under the vehicle upon investigation I found that almost all the bolts on the frontrunner roof rack was loose, two bolts were protruding so badly and it was clear the wrong bolts were used, I then started checking the vehicle and found the frame on the Tough Dog bullbar was lose, one bolt was stripped and no nuts was on this bolt. I contacted the owner about this and his attetude was that he gave his best and I was getting petty but he asked how can he fix this but made no offer or suggestion as how to fix his shoddy workmanship. I took my vehicle to a Fitment centre to check the knocking sound from under thevehicle, they found that the EFS shocks were incorrectly fitted, they did not fit steel washers on three of the shocks causing the shock shaft rubbers to push through the shock mountings on the vehicle , and the left rear stabiliser was not fastened at all this was the cause of the knocking sound. I had to pay this fitment company to fix this problem that I had initally paid to be done correctly by Buffel 4x4 Fitment centre. When I contacted the owner again reporting this pathetic poor work done on my vehicle he again claimed that he did his best and I am unreasonable. This must be one of the worst fittment centres I have ever seen, poor work, poor attetude and no quality control or pride in his work
