Very pathetic service

I ordered with Shein clothing and had to pay buffalo logistic for delivery, I paid them on the 22nd November 2021 and on the 27th they sent an email to say that my cellphone nu bet and home address are incorrect and they couldn't deliver! How on earth is that possible! When I call them they keep you on hold until airtime runs out, they don't even respond to WhatsApp and emails!

The service is honestly pathetic! I want my order delivered its the 1sttime am ordering at shein and I can't believe am experiencing this pathetic service!
