Complaint Regarding Accommodation

We have been loyal clients for a long time, but unfortunately, our recent experience was extremely disappointing. One of our employees encountered a serious issue with their room, which we raised with management. Instead of addressing our concerns properly, we received a dismissive response, claiming there was no issue despite clear discomfort experienced by our employee. Customer service and guest experience should be a priority, but the lack of accountability and unwillingness to properly investigate has made it clear that we need to take our business elsewhere. Disappointed that a long-standing relationship had to end this way.
