BIGGEST **** LODGE IN AFRICA

On the 8th Dec 2023, Buffalo Park Lodge Mahikeng was paid R1000.00 for an apparent special price for the day for a single room. The Lodge confirmed payment and was given my number to send me location or an alternative number to call should I not be able to get there by myself as I am not fami**** with Mahikeng. We did communicate this with the lady administering the paid reservations. She was instead very rude and unprofessional when I quarried about the refund. Tried to get by the Lodge from people's direction and using the unconnected navigation however this did not work as there was no one on site/nearby to assist. So we ended up driving back to Joburg without sleeping at the Lodge. Yet they refused to pay refund. I am asking for refund because it is their fault I was not able to check in. They could not even answer my calls before 12am. Myself and the person who paid, both our calls were not answered after having paid. So this was received as a **** to me.
