False advertising .another accomodation had to be found by us

Booked via booking com pics on internet was nothing like reality of the place. It is advertised as private game reserve but seems to be a hunting farm.When we entered accomodation it had a unpleasant odour. One of the bedrooms was reeking with cigarette smoke.The place was not clean and hygienic. Furniture was a put off. Bathrooms and toilets were dirty .We had children with us and found gun with ammunition in a cupboard that was unlocked.We were very disappointed and told the manager that accomodation is unacceptable for us to stay due to abovementioned reasons. He could not do anything to get rid of the odour but offered us an option which was not suitable for us. We are liasing to get our money back r4000 per night but they are refusing.. After our complaint they changed pictures on booking com .We are victims of false advertising and should get our money back as we had to find another accomodation.
