I came across a bad review that was written about Buffalo Hills Private Game Reserve and was amazed by the list of complaints raised by the guest. I know the owner and management can vouch for the professional manner in which they run this reserve. No business is fail-proof but I can hardly believe that everything that this guest experienced was as bad as she claimed.

To prove my point just look at the excellent reviews Buffalo Hills receives on all the booking sites, with guests mostly awarding 5 stars. Management contacted the guest about her complaints but the matter was left unresolved.
