Appalling experience

<p>Upon dealing with Eric Adams from Buffalo Packaging, which is on the same premises as Buff Pack and both owned by father & son (Eric Adams), I have never had a more UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I ordered 1000 x Euro Pallets, size being 800 x 1200, (which was discussed and confirmed with Eric upon order). 750 of the 1000 pallets were paid for upfront. Of the 750 pallets, 500 were either incorrect sizes or had nails sticking out and some not even in a condition to sell as s**** (for firewood use only). When trying to reason with Eric of whom I was a client, all that managed to escape his mouth was an uncontrollable lack of decent human vocabulary. When I had a complaint about the products and service I'd received, Eric stated, "I cannot supervise everything, I have other customers to deal with and you are driving me crazy", it seems that this is a man who will ***** you over and will not take accountability for his actions. Due to this disgusting exchange between client and supplier, I've had to find a decent supplier whom has some integrity and sticks to the supplier/ consumer agreement. If anyone, anyone at all has ever had a decent experience with company, please share, it would be a great eye-opening experience.</p>
