Best food ever!!

I happened to come across Chef Niren's food truck on Friday but he was sold out of all fresh ingredients (business is clearly good!). We chatted and I mentioned that I only eat free-range meat for ethical reasons. He then told me that he will personally go to the shop and buy me some free-range meat, just so that he can make me a roti. I immediately became a loyal customer after that, just because of the extent he was willing to go for good customer relationships. I went back today to get my custom-made roti (which was made while I waited) and when I took a bite....my word...it was literally the best roti I have ever tasted. It was almost like a roti and a spring roll mixed together and it was honestly so delicious. The flavours worked together so well and it truly and honestly caused an explosive reaction in my mouth. Truly an amazing experience and I am officially a loyal customer :)
