Booked to go on a little get away with friends at this place. Confirmed booking, payment made. However on the day we were on our way there, halfway, the manager is avoiding our calls and eventually when we get hold of him, he tells us they won't be able to accommodate us because they had a water issue, something he knew about prior to the time but didn't bother to communicate. Couldn't provide alternative arrangements. Eventually he agreed to refund us but it a month later and we still have not received the refund, no communication and they are not answering our calls. *****s!!! Unprofessional!!! *****!!!
