A **** car rental

Hello Peter can you please assist me. I want my money from Debbie Trollip who's the owner of Budie car rental. I and my husband hired a car from this company from the 27the of March to the 5th of April and we paid 2000 deposit and the amount 350per day . The agreement we signed was that after we bought back the car, the deposit money will be transfered to our account after 72 hours.. on the 6th I texted Debbie to check if the car was checked and when should we expect our deposit money. She said her husband did check the car and everything was fine. Now I have been requesting our deposit since the 72hours have passed, she giving me stories that the car was dirty when we bought it back, where's we got that car dirty and her husband even offered to give us 50rand to take the car to the car wash and we decline that offer. Now they giving us problems with our deposit money its been over a week now, they are still making stories about the money they waiting to clear. I warming people to not use them, they are ****
