Budget Roofing - BEWARE!!!

Terrible experience with Brown Property Management trading as Budget Roofing (https://www.budgetroofing.co.za/). Beware of the name! Unfortunately discovered too late that they were not the right people for the job despite all the nice words and promises. Bad preparation was done and terrible workmanship. Project of 80K will have to be rectified by someone more competent, not to say the paint manufacturer would most probably not adhere to their 10 year warranty due to the wrongful preparation and application of the paint, nor will Budget Roofing deliver any promises on their so called 3 year workmanship warranty. I plead with the owner to come rectify their mistakes and touch up the incomplete paint areas to no satisfaction. The owner was further unwilling to come back to site for an inspection with representatives from the paint manufacturing company. I hope the paint does not peal off after the first rain!
