David sent someone out on the 23rd of December 2022 to look at my fridge not getting cold (freezer section was fine). They used boiling water to get the ice off the back and told me the issue is resolved and that they replaced parts, which I never saw. They charged me R2850,00 and gave me a year guarantee.
