Budget repairs - worst customer experience

These guys just steel your money for doing no work. This is my case. One fine day we noticed that we are having issues with my samsung fride. We thought it can be fixed easily, went on google and searched for this fridge repairs and found this website www.budgetrepairs.co.za and without checking any reviews I called these people and a guy who is around 20 years came. He said his name is David and owner's son. After checking fridge for few minutes he said he just need to put some gas and asked for 2400 rands with 1 year gaurantee to the repair. I bargained for 2000, he said ok. I was very happy that I saved 400 but didnt observe I am spending 2000 to break my fridge completely. This guy finished it in next 10 min, told us fridge will be cold in next 2 hours and he left. Now after 8 hours also fridge is not coming on. Called him multiple times, no answer, just sent me a message asking for video. I sent him videos. This time they sent another guy called Darren I think. This guy did exactly same thing. And between these 2 they broke my fridge completely. Its only 4 years old fridge. They dont come back even after multiple complaints. These guys are liers and day light ******s.
