Worst vehicle rental company

Shocking service and mis-direction booked my vehicle online got to Durban to find out that they have a weekend deposit rate of R5500.00 compaired to others including Avis they sister company being R2000.00.

Well had no choice took the vehicle planned to extend my stay by 1 day so needed the vehicle for 1 more day they wanted to recalculate my whole contract from R776.00 for 2 days to R1908.00 for 3days. What a ******* and the staff are of no help.

The best part is its been over a week now we are on honeymoon and my R5500 deposit still not paid back to me.
