Well done!
We hired a car from Budget, Swakopmund online two weeks ago. Everything went perfectly. The assistant at the counter was friendly, the car was clean and our holding deposit was cancelled within three days.

18 Oct 2022, 07:23Since writing the report, I have been charged an amount for filling the car with petrol plus a charge to do this. I delivered the car with a full tank so this is completely unwarranted. I have written to Budget and am waiting their reply. Such a pity them messing up an otherwise very positive experience. No agent was on duty when I dropped off the car, so I had to leave the key in a special box. If there was a person receiving the key, I could have shown him the receipt for the petrol.
