Very disappointed client

I am really disappointed with Budget. I made a booking on Sunday the 13th of October early in the morning around 6am. Same day i cancelled the booking around 10am with the help of one of the consultant at Sandton Gautrain. Till today i have to keep calling requesting my refund no one wants to assist... Budget please process with the refund
