Unjust charges and no corrospondance

1 Hired car on the 11/07/2018 via internet, the fee paid on the 11th were stated that there are no additional charges on collection 2. Picked car up on the 12/07/2018 at OR Tambo international airport, were charged an additional R383.00 and R170 insurance 3. No agent available to inspect car on collection. 4. On return of car agent noticed a scratch on back bumper about 5mm, I spoke to him about it , he informed me that the report were satisfactory and I will not be charged for it, I asked him is that the only thing and he said yes. 5. Few days later I got a SMS stating that I am liable for R2500 damages. 6. I called and the agent informed me that I will be charged for the small 5mm scratch and the windscreen is chipped. Now suddenly more wrong with car. She informed me she will send an email to me and investigate it. 7. They then deducted from my credit card the amount of R2500 and now an additional R383.

I have yet to receive any correspondence from them.
