Unfair business ethics

I collected a car with chips all ove the front windscreen, when i return a car they told me the car is dirty the sentme away to wash a car and i took a car to Total garage the chips cracked during the wash and budget charged me R5000 to replace windscreen for Kia Picando.

They sent me three different invoices and they refuse to give me right answers

They are taking their customers for a ride
