UNACCOMMODATING BUDGET

Booked a vehicle for 18 Sept in East London. In error, used our mother in law's Mastercard and she will not be driving the car. So all we want to do is change the driver. No is your answer: Either you add a driver at a cost of R400 or You cancel and rebook and there is a cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous, people make mistakes and we now have to pay. Will look elsewhere for a car next time.
