*****ulent Business transactions

NEVER NEVER use budget car rental at O.R. Tambo International Airport. BE WARNED, they add charges & deduct money of your account without any communication and reason. A couple of Thousand rand was deducted from my account, no one communicated anything to me, I have no clue for what this is. The car was checked back in after 2 days 100% confirmation that everything was in order. Two attendants checked the vehicle together with myself and twice they have confirmed that everything is in order. Two days thereafter the money went off my credit card. I am trying to get hold of their customer care center without any response... Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable, surely this is *****.. 3 weeks later and no word from them. 5 August 2024 They also claim on their customer call recording that they will respond to your email query within 24 hours, what a joke...... it is now 5 days later and no response. When I phoned I was told they will investigate and it will take another 3 days - a month later!!!!!

Again another 10 days later and after their so called 3 business days response, nothing happened & of course no reply or feedback. Not sure what next steps one need to take to get a response!!!
