I WANT THE MONEY BACK.

I have called all the numbers from the websites (Budget/Avis) -THERE IS NOBODY TO TALK TOO?!!

I rented a car in PE, as normal we collect paid and we had to change the car @Jeffery's Bay as well. The polo had wear and tear issues which was shocking.

When returning the car, there was nobody to even come see the car. (nothing) We dropped the car caught our flight back to JHB on the 27th Dec and 4 days later the holding fee was released into my account.

Today!! 06 Jan 2021 a R 4500-+/ WAS DEBIT from my account from AVIS??? for what?

Please I want money back.
