THEY ARE THE WORST,PLAY VERY FAAAAR!!!!

On 29 September i rented a van from Avis/Budget in Lephalale for one day. I paid R11000 of which included rental and deposit. After i returned their Van they deducted an extra+ R1900 from my account ,i called them about it they said it was for the 1 day rental and they will release the R11000 into my account as a whole. a week went by and i called again, they told me i have speak to the branch in Rustenburg as they are the ones dealing with van rental. I spoke the Rustenburg branch manager named "DUDU". she kept telling me the money will get in my account as soon as possible, she would ignore my calls and massages and tell me she cannot use the new system they have to refund my deposit. another went by i called her and she started referring me to head office and told me her CFO doesn't want to approve my deposit. Now Avis is holding me +R13900. My frustration grew so i started calling everyday and she referred me to a lady named "PELE" and a guy who they say is their financial manager named "Martin". i also called head office and they said my money is on the way. Every time i talk to "PELE' she says "DUDU" is the one holding everything, and "DUDU" says the same thing about "PELE". Everyday i call they say "YOUR MONEY WILL BE IN TODAY". Their CEO/CFO was made aware and she don't want to talk to me about it. The Lephalale Brunch is also useless and doesn't want to help. Now I lost my money because no one is willing to help me. its been almost 5 weeks and everyone from budget/avis Rental is quiet because they are hoping i will give up .They are the worst, if you ever think of renting from them ,just know you most probably will never get your deposit back,. THEY JUST DONT CARE!!!RUUUUN
