Terribl treatment

We rented a car for 19 days in Jan-Feb 2020 and had R2,000 more than we should have had deducted from our credit card. We disputed this fact upon return of the vehicle, as well as telephonically since then. We have a booking confirmation detailing the amount WAS PAID IN FULL!!!! But they do not seem to accept the confirmation???? Very disappointing service. I shall not be using or recommending them in the future.
