Stole my money

Budget stole my money. I rented a car from Budget on the 2nd of April and returned it on the 15th. When I returned the car the Tyre had a slow puncher I was not aware of and it was a bit dirty. The next day rentalcars.com (3rd party booking agent for Budget) deducted two amounts of R2384.16 and R2069.42. Then a week later or so Budget deducted R4023.09 for the same rental. The agree amount was around R2100 in total and I am fine with the tire repair and cleaning and petrol. But to charge around R2000.00 for cleaning the car, puncher repair and petrol is ridiculous. And then also the extra money taken by rentalcars.com. I see this as budget's problem because they are the agents for budget and want this solved ASAP. I can not contact them because they are oversees. So I want the amounts reversed. Or I will go to court.
