Still not received my deposit back

It is now day 47, Budget has still not repaid my deposit and they only reply 2 weeks afterwards on e-mails. It is a standardised response on how important customer satisfaction is to them and how their customers are being valued and contributes to their success....bla, bla, bla. Each time your case is "supposedly "referred to their financial department as a matter of urgency but nothing materialises. Think twice before dealing with this company, they are *********.
