Still no reversal on deposit taken from credit card

What is going on at Budget rent a car? It has now been over 30 days and they have still not reversed my deposit taken from my credit card. There are various complaints from different people regarding this same issue. Seems like they delay the process so that they can earn interest but I in the meantime have to incur interest. This is very *********, think twice before you deal with this company.
